Do you offer payment plans? Yes, we offer a 6-week & 8-week payment plan.  General Terms: 50% Deposit   25% At Halfway Point   25% At Handover/ Launch 

Do you offer any discounts? Yes, we offer year-round discounts to our members, email subscribers, and full-service marketing clients. You may also follow us on our social media accounts to participate in pop-up giveaways! 

Turnaround: Website design: 3 - 5 weeks   A la carte services: 42hrs – 3 weeks (depending on work capacity)   Brand design/Identity: 2 - 4 weeks 

You will receive updates, samples, and proofs for approval before publishing. Final invoices must be paid before you receive full access of your site.  

What is your Shipping & returns policy for prints? 

Free Shipping | 7-14 business days      Standard Shipping | 5-8 business days    Express Shipping | 2-3 business days  

Not happy with your order? We’re here to help. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. You can contact us by email. Attaching photos of the order and selecting your design makes it quicker for us to help you. We’ll look into each issue accordingly. Depending on the root cause of the issue, we might reprint, refund, or give you store credit. 

I need to cancel or change my print order. You may cancel or make limited changes to your order within an hour of placing it. However, if you need to change your order details or update your design, you need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

What is your refund policy?  There is no cash back or credit refunds. Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY! Returns must be requested within 24hrs of the sample being received and approved. 

Do you offer a la carte design services? Yes, you may submit your design project request here.

How far in advance should i contact you? We reccomend contacting us within 2-4 weeks of your intended project start date. Book a call 

Is a brand shoot recommended or required for my project?  While we do offer brand shoot packages, you are more than welcome to utilize your current assets. If you have photos you’d like us to review to see if they are suitable for your upcoming project with us, we would be more than happy to review them for you during our consult.

How can I be a content creator for your client? We love our content collaborators! A lot of our clients do not love being on camera and rely on you to create creative user generated content to help boost their engagement and drive sales. Apply to be a content collaborator here

Do you offer any workshops or coaching? We offer free summer clinics and scholarships to upcoming youth entrepreneurs in the Louisville community. Our CEO also collaborates with other local nonprofits to provide workshops for their students. Workshop request
